  • We deliver up to 55 kilometres from Tarro 2322 NSW, with free delivery within 30km. There is a $20 delivery fee for addresses further than 30km.

    To see if we can deliver to you, put your address in the rental shop.

  • Yes, you will need to be there at both the delivery dates and pickup date so no theft or vandalism occurs to the boxes.

  • Neko Boxes are cleaned and sanitised after they have been returned from every customer!

  • If you require additional weeks to pack/unpack the boxes, reach out to us through our email at [email protected] or give us a call at 0422 240 850. Please note, additional hire costs may apply.

  • Accidents can happen. If a box is lost or is broken, a replacement fee of $40 per box will be charged.

  • Delivery fees are calculated upon checkout and are based on a location in Tarro 2322 NSW. There are no pick up fees.

  • Our boxes have an exterior dimension of 600mm (W) x 400mm (D) x 365mm (H).

    The interior dimensions are 550mm (W) × 370mm (D) × 345mm (H) , a capacity of 68L and can hold up to 50kg each and have a stacking capacity of 150kg.
